Lucinda did a fantastic job staging and selling my father's condominium in the Villages in San Jose (April 2018). She managed everything necessary to make the preparation, and sale, easy and profitable.

My sister and I were acting from out-of-town as my father’s representatives. Lucinda managed EVERYTHING on the ground at the Villages including recommending and managing contractors from estimate to completion of paint, carpet, repairs, etc. She even went to Lowe’s to pick out light fixtures. Lucinda also did a great job of managing approvals for the contractor services and listing details as well as keeping ​ all of us in the loop with regular status updates during the refurbishing. She made it easy for my father, traveling to his new home as needed for signatures.

Most important, the condo sold above asking price after one weekend of listing. I cannot think of anything Lucinda could have done to provide better service. Highly recommended.
